Can she apply for social security benefits ? - apply for social security benefits

Ok people, my mother was a citizen, as she is 7 years, and 62 years, she SSI "Supplemental Security Income, you can search for the next SSI benefits?
even if they do not work in the United States at all?

No.
There is nothing in the system SS So that is exactly what will happen.
Quite pathetic that it only been a citizen for 7 years and now lives off the taxpayers. Many citizens who are born here and the disabled have to wait years for the benefits they have worked all his life to obtain.
Guess the taxpayers supporting the rest of his life.

Not really.

SSI is a part of the social Porgram. If eligible, the SSA will provide maximum benefit to the person. SSI usually have so much to those who did not work. Therefore, it seems that you can get more.

You can try other services such as food stamps. But remember, other benefits may also affect your eligibility for SSI.
